Return Policy accepts returns of all unused and unopened products for 15 days of delivery.

Damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours by contacting us at and we'll take care of the issue immediately. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

Items returned due to customer preference and not error (wrong, broken, defective items, etc.), will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Returns in exchange for store credit will never incur a restocking fee. In addition, shipping and rush processing charges are non refundable.

If the product has been used, even just once, (for hygienic reasons) we cannot accept a return, no exceptions.


If your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for postage.


Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival). If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.


All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. Before you ship product(s) back, make sure you contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, you must include:

  1.  A copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or:
  2. Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
  3. Reason for return and RMA number.
  4. You must email us at with 2-3 clear pictures. may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (prepaid label provided by us).

All accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit.

We can either perform an even exchange with a different product, reinstate the full amount in store credit, or issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds. 


We try very hard to have sufficient stock of all the products we offer and have that stock status accurately displayed on our website. But we do run out from time to time. In these situations, you'll be notified by our staff immediately and presented with an ETA or other product options.


Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

Any packages that are returned to because of unpaid duties and custom fees shall be at the expense of the customer.

All International Purchases are final.
